Returns/Exchanges:

14 days for unused items. Hygiene items (like grooming tools once opened) are not returnable. Exchanges allowed if unused.

We’ll email you tracking info when your order ships. Check spam if you don’t see it.

Sizing:

Use the product size chart. For collars, measure your pet’s neck + leave 1–2 fingers space.

Care Tips:

Brushes: rinse with warm water.

Recovery Donuts: spot clean, air dry.

Laundry Hair Catchers: remove hair after each wash.
