If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.





🕒 Return Window



You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.


To qualify:

• Item must be unworn, unused

• No hair, odors, stains, or signs of wear

• Original tags + packaging included

• Proof of purchase required





🛍️ Return Value (Important)



Returns are eligible for:

⭐️ Store Credit Only

Refunds to original payment are not provided, except for approved defective/wrong-item cases.


Store credit is issued once we receive the item and verify condition.


Customer is responsible for return shipping in all non-damaged cases.





🐶 Exchanges



If you need a different size or style:

• Customer pays return shipping

• Once received in approved condition → we ship the replacement free


To avoid sizing issues, please check our size chart before ordering.

We’re happy to help with fit questions!





❗Damaged / Incorrect Items



If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include clear photos of product + packaging

• We will replace it at no cost to you


No refunds are issued for damaged items — replacements only.





🚫 Non-Returnable Items



• Discounted / sale items

• Custom or personalized items

• Gift cards

• Items showing signs of wear/use

• Items returned without prior approval





🌎 EU Orders



EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period for unused items in original condition.





🛡️ Fraud & Chargebacks



High-value orders may require verification to protect customers and our business.

Chargebacks filed outside this policy may affect future purchasing eligibility.


🔄 Self-Serve Returns (Portal)



You may start a return through your account using our self-serve return portal or by emailing support@typesondemand.com.


Once submitted:

• Your request will be reviewed

• If approved, return instructions will be provided

• Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted


Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the item.
