Returns & Refunds


 

Return window: 14 days from delivery.

Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging/tags.

Non‑returnable: Final sale items, opened grooming/consumables, custom/personalized items.

Start a return: You can request and manage your return directly through our online Return Portal — no emails needed.

Return shipping: Customer pays unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged.

Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive & inspect the item.

Exchanges: Place a new order for the item you want; we’ll refund the original once returned.

Damaged/defective: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
